Since 2003, I’ve been dedicated to helping people feel more at ease in their bodies. I’m trained as a Craniosacral Therapist, Feldenkrais Method® practitioner, Havening Technique® practitioner, and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP). Somatic Experiencing® serves as the foundation through which I integrate a broad, trauma-informed somatic approach.
My work is grounded in the brain and nervous system’s capacity for change through neuroplasticity—the ability to adapt and reorganize over time. I’ve witnessed long-held patterns, including lifelong musculoskeletal issues, shift in meaningful ways over just a few sessions. Together, we work somatically—engaging both body and mind—to address the root of what’s holding you back.
I’m not only a practitioner and teacher, but also an ongoing student, client, and committed believer in this work.
